لفت انتباه بترايوس بحيرة الجادرية وهو يتجول في المروحية فوق سماء بغداد بينما لم يلفت انتباهه ملجأ الجادرية رغم كل التقارير المرفوعة اليه بتحول الملجأ الى سجن سري ينفذ فيه أبشع أنواع التعذيب والقتل منذ تولي صولاغ وزارة الداخلية عام 2005 كما جاء في وثائق ويكيليكس

واليوم تقرر البدء بإنشاء بنك مركزي في منطقة الجادرية ليس بعيداً عن مصرف الزوية الذي قتل حراسه الثمانية العام الماضي وتم سرقة المليارات منه ليعثر عليها في مبنى جريدة العدالة في الجادرية أيضاً لصاحبها عادل نائب رئيس الجمهورية وكنت نشرت تفاصيل الحادث هنا

قال محافظ بغداد صلاح عبد الرزاق، خلال استقباله محافظ البنك المركزي إن بناية البنك المركزي العراقي الجديدة في الجادرية ستضاهي بناية البنك الاوربي، بحسب بيان لمكتبه.
وقال البيان ان محافظ بغداد صلاح عبد الرزاق "استقبل اليوم (الاحد) بمكتبه ببغداد محافظ البنك المركزي سنان الشبيبي، وتم بحث انشاء المبنى الجديد للبنك المركزي العراقي في الجادرية".
ونقل البيان عن محافظ بغداد قوله انه "تم خلال اللقاء عرض المخططات المعمارية لبناية البنك التي ستنفذ في منطقة الجادرية ووضعت تصاميمها المعمارية العراقية العالمية زها حديد والتي تتألف من 37 طابقا ومدة انجاز تصل الى نحو 3 سنوات وبكلفة تراوحت 500 مليون دولار".
واضاف عبد الرزاق ان "بناية البنك المركزي الجديدة ستضاهي مبنى البنك الاوربي"، لافتا الى ان "تصميم المبنى مستوحى من التراث الحضاري العراقي ويلائم المناخ والاجواء العراقية".
وقد تتحول أحدى الطوابق الى سجن سري وبحيرة دم لا تجف فيما لو جفت أرصدة واموال البنك بفعل عملية سطو جديدة ينفذها سارق مصرف الزوية

1. There are plans for construction of a new Central Bank of Iraq building in Jadriya.
2. The new building will be as large as the European Bank building.
3. New Central Bank of Iraq building will consist of 37 floors, take up to 3 yrs to build and with costs ranging up to $ 500 million.

Received the governor of Baghdad, Dr. Salah Abdul-Razzaq in his office in Central Bank Governor Dr Sinan Shabibi and circulation of the parties on the subject of the establishment of the Iraqi Central Bank building in Jadriya.
He said the governor “that during the meeting view the architectural plans for building the bank to be implemented in Jadriya, and put the global architectural Iraqi Zaha Hadid, which consists of 37 bungalows and period of completion of up to nearly 3 years at a cost ranging from $ 500 million.”
“The building will be a new edifice in the capital as a building will catch the Iraqi Central Bank that will take place on the River Tigris, the European Bank Building,” pointing out that “the design of the building is inspired by the cultural heritage of Iraq and would be appropriate for the climate and atmosphere in Iraq.”
He expressed Dr. Abdul Razzaq readiness to provide all the conditions necessary to receive the World Architecture Zaha Hadid in her country, Iraq and the possibility to benefit from global experience to develop designs for the establishment of various projects. ”
